1. Eat Healthier
- using Dr. Weil's Food Pyramid as a resource
- practice the "weekday vegetarian" diet
- take cooking classes
2. Switch from coffee to tea
- high quality white, green and oolong
3. Drink more water
4. Read more
- at least one nonfiction book per month
- track in a public spreadsheet
- take notes, a la Derek Sivers
5. Write more
- 2 - 3 posts per week
6. Contribute more to online communities I follow
- Blogs
- Hacker News
- Quora
7. Get back into scuba diving
8. Be more mindful
- i.e. more focus/concentration on the present moment
9. Travel
- Seattle, Santa Fe, Boulder, Chicago, New York
10. Compete in a marathon and triathlon
